Altar - 祭壇 - Jìtán
upon Muk Yan Jong;
of your self,
to lightly injure;
on what before was bone.
The altar must be visited each day,
just as a smith seeks out the anvil;
moon and stars provide guidance-
let go and discipline takes over,
the hammer strikes
while breath provides the bellows.
